Service Agreement
- One Stop Auto Centre provides automotive repair, maintenance, and related services (“Services”) in a professional and timely manner.
- All services are subject to the terms set forth in this agreement and any written estimates or work orders issued.
Pricing and Payments
- Prices for services and parts are provided upon inspection or as quoted. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Customers must provide accurate details about their vehicle (make, model, year, issues) to allow proper diagnostics and service.
- Full payment must be made upon completion of the Services, unless prior arrangements are made.
Parts and Materials
- We use quality parts and materials unless otherwise requested by the customer.
- If specific parts are requested by the customer, they may bear any additional associated costs.
- Used or refurbished parts will only be used with the customer’s prior approval.
Warranty terms
- One Stop Auto Centre provides a warranty on parts and labour as per the applicable warranty terms at the time of service.
- Warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be communicated before work begins.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
Vehicle Storage
- Vehicles left on the premises beyond a reasonable collection time may incur a daily storage fee.
- We are not liable for any personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables before service.
Liability and Limitations
- While we take every precaution, One Stop Auto Centre is not liable for unforeseen damage or loss arising from the provision of services.
- We are not responsible for hidden defects or pre-existing conditions in the vehicle that may impact repair outcomes.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information and notify us of any special requirements or changes to the agreed work.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange transport for their vehicle to and from our premises.
- Authorisation for additional or unforeseen work must be provided prior to commencement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
Modifications
One Stop Auto Centre reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
